Registration:
How do I register?
Go to https://www.instantseating.com/soi_b2b_v2/login.asp
I do not see a link to register.
Please make sure the “User Group” drop down in the upper right reads “SPIFF Claimant”
What is my SPIFF Login ID ?
The SPIFF Login ID is something you create yourself. It will become your User ID. It can be alpha, numeric or both.
What is my Spiff ID / Supplier ID?
If you have previously received spiff payments, please refer to the upper left
corner of the spiff check under “Vendor Number”. If this is your first time claiming a Spiff, leave this field blank.
What is my Dealer ID# and Dealer Zip?
Please refer to the upper right hand corner of any SOI acknowledgement for your dealership.
I’m unable to enter my dealer information. It reads non-editable.
You must click Search after dealer ID and Zip Code are entered.
Spiff Claims:
Why am I unable to claim my spiff? The system recognizes the order but no chairs are coming up to be claimed.
Please allow 48hrs from the day you place your order before proceeding to make the claim. A nightly routine runs daily to update the Spiff system for new orders.
I claimed my spiff but have not been paid.
Please refer to the terms and conditions and see the “Spiff Claim Status”.
Profile Changes:
I placed an address change but do not see the change in my account.
Any profile changes will take effect 1 to 2 days after it is placed.
What happens if I move to a different dealer?
You can make a dealer change as long as the new dealer supports Instant Seating Product.
